The 30/30 competition has been designed for archers both beginners and experienced, who wish to take part in a state wide compeition. The competition is based on the current Oz Bow Rounds and rather than using a handicap system to level out the scores, will be based on a ratings table which takes into account age, bow type and gender.

Many archers, especially when beginning the sport, do not feel comfortable in their ability to shoot FITA rounds; which up until this time has denied them a platform for competition. It is hoped that this competion will fill that gap.
